What is a credit?
Credits are what you pay with when you reveal contact details or export. Every user tops up the team's shared pool each month, and anything your team has already revealed is free next time.

- A credit is what you pay with when you reveal contact details or export. An email address costs 1 credit, a phone number 8 and an export row 1. Search is free and unlimited, and anything your team has already revealed is free next time.
- Claude and ChatGPT costs NOK 190 per user per month and lets you use Mynk from AI tools via MCP and API keys. Public Sector Pro costs NOK 290 per month for the whole workspace and gives you public-sector buyer contacts and signals. Both are included in the trial.
- No. Sign up at app.mynk.no/register without a card. You get 30 days with everything, add-ons included, and 500 credits. The trial carries no commitment and stops by itself.
- Nothing, unless you want it to. The trial stops by itself and never turns into a subscription. Want to continue? Pick Mynk Pro or Mynk Team and the add-ons you need. Your lists and work are still there when you come back.
- Yes, any time. Moving from Mynk Pro to Mynk Team takes effect right away. Moving down to Mynk Pro applies from the next billing period. Add-ons switch on and off the same way.
- No. You can cancel a monthly subscription any time from settings. Annual billing is 20% cheaper and runs to the end of the period.
- Yes. Top-ups cost NOK 0.70 per credit, NOK 0.60 from 2,000 and NOK 0.50 from 10,000. Minimum purchase is 100. Top-ups never expire.
- Yes. If your company is young (typically under 3 years and under 15 employees), we have a separate price. Send us a message and we'll sort it out.
- Yes. Businesses can get an invoice with 30 days' payment terms or EHF via Peppol. Cards work too.
